We accept Money Orders & Postal Orders in US$ only but you must create your order first on the internet and then include the printed order with your money order when you send it to us.

Shipping
For USA Residents (including Guam, Virgin Islands, APO, FPO and Puerto Rico)
We charge a flat $4.75 for shipping — no matter how many items you purchase!
We ship exclusively with the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Returns
If you wish to exchange a purchase simply fill out the Return Authorization form and you will automatically receive a Return Authorization Number [RAN].
All returns must be shipped using USPS with a delivery confirmation tracking number. (This is for your protection.)

Upon receipt we will immediately notify you by e-mail that your package has been received and we will reship you the item that you wished in exchange.
Att: International Customers
We do not ship BOXES or BOXED JEWELRY overseas (unless you agree to pay the additional shipping charges) even if the ad indicates that a box is included. In lieu of a box we will include a travel pouch.
While we would all love for international packages to be delivered quickly reality is that it can take sometimes up to 3 weeks for a package to arrive at its destination. USPS does not allow us to run a trace on a package before 30 days and such a trace will take another 30 days for USPS to determine if it has been delivered or lost.
Therefore, from the day we ship we will not issue a replacement until 60 days from the day of shipment and 32 days after your notification to XOX Jewelry that the package did not arrive. We will also ask you to print out an online form and fax us with your signature stating that you did not receive the package.
By purchasing from XOX Jewelry you agree to this waiting period in the event that the package does not arrive. XOX Jewelry will fax to you, at your request, a copy of the receipt and registration number to prove that the shipment was made. Please understand that XOX Jewelry does not run the postal service... if it did you would have your parcel within just a few days for sure! |
