Is it real? Yes! Our jewelry is handcrafted by master jewelers with genuine gemstones. Our descriptions acurately reflect the gems and metals used in construction of the jewelry. How can you sell it at such low prices? In a normal retail enviornment... the manufacturer sells it to the exporter... who marks it up and sells it to the importer... who marks it up and  then sells it to a retailer... who marks it up at least two and a half to three times and sells it to you! When you buy from  you are buying from one family from start to finish. Its kind of like going to a farmers market and buying direct from a farmer as opposed to buying the vegetables a large grocery chain. Is the chain included? Yes, All pendants include one of the following... If the item is brass, you will get a gold plated chain. If the item is silver, you will get a silver chain. If the item is silver overlayed with 18K gold, you will recieve either a gold filled chain or a sterling silver chain layered with 18K gold. If the item is a pearl enhancer you will recieve a faux pearl necklace. If the item is a charm then no chain is provided and it will clearly state this in the description. I know its a great price, but is it well-made? We ensure that every piece is carefully inspected and of the finest standards. I take great pride in our jewelry, so I don't let anything that doesn't meet spec get shipped to you. What is a single cut diamond? Single cut diamonds are genuine diamonds with 15 facets or cuts.  It is the cuts which create the luster in a diamond. What is emerald green agate? Agate means a rock and this particular stone is of an emerald green color. When it is cut it has the look of a genuine emerald. I like working with this stone as I can create jewelry that looks tremendous,  but does not break as easily as emeralds do. No one but you and your jeweler will know that they are not emeralds. Do the pictures represent the color of the stones? There is a slight varience in color since what you show on your screen is different then what I see on my screen. Is the picture the actual size of the jewelry? There is no way to correctly portray size with pictures on the internet. It depends on the screen resolution that you set your computer at. That is why we provide a very detailed description which includes the size. Is a box included in the price? In the USA we ship every piece of jewelry in a cotton filled gift box. Outside of the USA we will ship in a gift box if it is only 1 piece that you are ordering. Otherwise we simply package your order to best protect it in shipment not necesarily in gift boxes. Does the jewelry come with a Certificate of Authenticity? Yes each piece will be shipped to you with its own Certificate of Authenticity. You can cut the lower 1/2 and reuse it to resell the jewelry to others.
